i found the staff very helpful. they answered my questions and gave directions. the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. there were gluten-free options and fresh fruit available. my room featured a lake view which was really nice. i could see ducks and swans from my window!
i noticed the window could have been cleaner. there were some streaks. they probably resulted from rain.

the hotel is close to the train station. tivoli gardens is also nearby, about a five-minute walk. the area felt safe and was easy to navigate on foot.

The hotel included a gym with several treadmills. the breakfast area was large, and the buffet had a wide selection. there's also a bar area. It seemed quite popular in the evenings.

dirty windowssmall pillows
the room I got was underwhelming the windows needed a good cleaning. furniture for clothing was lacking i was like i was living out of my suitcase. the bed was okay but the pillows were small. the hotel has a strange policy regarding room cleaning where a request needs to be made which felt unnecessary.
